Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 large eggs 3/4 cup sugar pinch salt 2 cups heavy or whipping cream 1 cup vitamin D milk 1 tbsp. good quality vanilla paste or extract
Directions
Beat eggs with electric mixer till pale and fluffy (tip: eggs at room temperature will beat up twice as fast as cold eggs). Add sugar and beat 5 seconds. Add cream and beat till slightly thickened. Add salt, milk and vanilla and beat 5 seconds. Transfer to your ice cream machine and freeze to the consistency of soft-serve ice cream. Transfer to a plastic container and place in freezer for at least 2 hours before use.
