Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 head iceberg lettuce, washed and torn into bite-sized pieces 1 small head romaine lettuce, washed and torn into bite-sized pieces 1/4 cup olive oil 2 medium zucchini, thinly sliced 1 cup thinly sliced radish 3 green onions, sliced 3 tbsp. crumbled bleu cheese 2 tbsp. tarragon or wine vinegar 3/4 tsp. salt 1 small clove garlic, crushed 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
Combine lettuces in a large bowl. Add oil and toss to coat. Add zucchini, radishes, onion, and cheese. Stir together vinegar, salt, garlic and pepper. por over salad and toss to combine.
Serves 6 to 8.
