Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
3 cups cooked rice 1 can kidney beans, drained 1 can cut green beans, drained 1 1/2 cups sliced celery 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper 1/4 cup diced pimento 3/4 cups cooked ham sliced into thin strips 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup vegetable oil 6 tbsp. cider vinegar 1 tbsp. seasoned salt 1 tsp. pepper
Directions
Mix together rice, beans, celery, onion, pepper, pimiento and ham. Bring sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to boil. Pour over salad and toss lightly to coat. Refrigerate until cold. Serve on salad greens.
Makes 6 to 8 portions.
