Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 pound bag frozen O'Brien style hash browns, thawed 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 can cream of chicken soup 8 ounce container sour cream 2 cups grated cheddar cheese 2 cups crushed cornflakes 1/8 tsp. paprika
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 9x13 inch baking dish. Mix together potatoes, onion, soup, sour cream and cheddar in a large bowl. Transfer to prepared dish and sprinkle top with crushed cornflakes and paprika. Bake 1 hour.
Serves 4 to 6.
