Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 cup plain yogurt 1/4 cup dark brown sugar 4 large cloves garlic, peeled 3 tbsp. cider vinegar 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 dashes Tabasco sauce 3 pounds chicken pieces
Directions
Combine yogurt, brown sugar, garlic, vinegar, Worcestershire and Tabasco in a food processor. Blend until smooth. Arrange chicken pieces in a single layer in a shallow baking dish. Pour yogurt mixture evenly over chicken. Cover and refrigerate 48 hours, turning occasionally.
Prepare grill. Remove chicken from marinade and pat dry. Place chicken pieces on an oiled grill rack and cook about 1 hour over low heat until cooked through, turning often and basting frequently with remaining marinade.
Serves 4 to 6.
