Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
3/4 cup fresh lemon juice 1/2 cup soy sauce 6 tbsp. honey 1/4 cup minced onion 2 large cloves garlic, peeled and halved 2 bay leaves, crumbled 2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 tsp. ground ginger 4 pork tenderloins, about 12 ounces each
Directions
Combine lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, onion, garlic, bay leaves, salt, pepper, mustard and ginger in a blender and puree. Place tenderloins in a large bowl. Add puree and turn pork to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat grill.. Remove pork from marinade and grill, turning often, 20 minutes. Meanwhile, boil marinade in a medium saucepan until reduced to sauce consistency. Slice pork and serve with sauce.
Serves 8.
