Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
3 1/2 cups milk 8 ounces white chocolate, finely chopped 1/4 cup white creme de menthe 3/4 cup heavy or whipping cream 1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
Directions
Place milk in a medium saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Add chocolate and whisk until melted and smooth. Return mixture to a simmer, whisking. Whisk in the creme de menthe. Divide the hot chocolate between mugs. Combine cream and peppermint extract in a medium bowl. Beat to stiff peaks. Spoon dollops of the peppermint whipped cream over the hot chocolate and serve.
Serves 6 to 8.
