Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 ounces chopped white chocolate 1/3 cup freshly brewed coffee 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 1 1/2 cups milk or half and half grated nutmeg
Directions
Melt the chocolate in a small saucepan over very low heat, stirring frequently. Add the coffee and vanilla and stir until smooth. Increase the heat to medium and add milk or half and half. Heat until the mixture just starts to simmer, stirring frequently. Transfer the mixture to a blender and process until smooth and frothy. Divide the hot chocolate between 2 mugs and garnish with nutmeg. Serve immediately.
Serves 2.
