1/2 cup butter 8 ounces chopped white chocolate, divided 2 large eggs pinch salt 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 1 cup all purpose flour 8 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly butter an 8x8 inch baking pan. Line bottom of pan with a square of buttered parchment paper or foil. Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add half of white chocolate without stirring. Beat eggs with salt in a large bowl until foamy. Gradually add sugar and beat until ribbons form. Add butter mixture, vanilla and flour and blend until just combined. Stir in semisweet chocolate chips and remaining white chocolate. Scrape batter into the prepared pan. Bake about 30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Transfer pan to a rack and cool completely. Remove brownies from pan and peel off parchment or foil. Cut brownies into squares.
