Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2/3 cup all purpose flour 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup butter, room temperature 2 large eggs 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter an 8x8 inch glass baking dish. Sift together flour, cocoa powder and baking powder in a medium bowl. Stir in salt. Beat together sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl. Beat in flour mixture until evenly moistened. Stir in white chocolate chips. Spread the batter in the prepared dish. Bake about 25 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs. Transfer dish to a rack and cool completely before cutting into squares.
Makes about 1 1/2 dozen brownies.
