Latest Recipes Top Recipes Our Friends Home -> Ethnic -> Europe White Bean and Tuna Salad Recipe Rating: N/A Printer Friendly Recipe submitted by chefdude7263 Ingredients   (view qty in metric system instead) 15 ounces cooked cannelini beans 12 1/2 ounces canned albacore tuna 1 large tomato seeded and diced 1/4 cup chopped red onion 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 2 Tsp. dijon mustard 1/4 cup olive oil 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil 6 cups mixed salad greens 1/4 Tsp. salt 1/4 Tsp. pepper Directions In a large bowl toss together beans, tuna, tomato and red onion. Whisk together lemon juice and dijon. Slowly whisk in olive oil. Toss together salad greens, basil, salt and pepper. Drizzle oil mixture over and toss to coat. Portion onto plates and spoon tuna mixture over. Serves 4.
