Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 cups finely shredded red cabbage 2 cups finely shredded green cabbage 1 cup shredded carrot 1/3 cup dried cranberries 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion strips 3 tbsp. cider vinegar 2 tbsp. maple syrup 1/2 tsp. salt 1/3 cup toasted walnuts, chopped
Directions
Lightly coat the inside of a large skillet with cooking spray. Heat the skillet over medium heat. Add both cabbages, shredded carrots, cranberries and red onion strips to the skillet. Cook about 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until vegetables are crisp tender. Stir together cider vinegar and maple syrup in a small bowl. Add the cider mixture to the skillet and cook 1 minute, stirring. Stir in salt and walnuts. Serve slaw warm.
Serves 4.
