8 ounce loaf party size rye bread slices 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1 tbsp. chili sauce 1/2 tsp. horseradish, drained 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper 4 ounces thinly sliced corned beef 8 ounces sauerkraut, drained 8 ounces sliced Swiss cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place rye bread slices on a large sheet pan. Bake bread about 5 minutes until lightly toasted on 1 side. Stir together mayonnaise, chili sauce, horseradish and bell pepper in a small bowl. Divide the mayonnaise mixture between the toasted bread slices and spread evenly. Divide the corned beef, sauerkraut and Swiss cheese between the bread slices. Bake about 8 to 10 minutes until the cheese is melted. Place half of the baked bread slices on top of the other half and press lightly to adhere. Serve sandwiches immediately.
