Ingredients   (view qty in metric system instead)
Ham
Whole cloves
Large can sliced pineapples
½ to ¾ c. brown sugar
1 T. dry mustard
Maraschino cherries


Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Slice ham into diamonds and put 1 whole clove in each diamond.
Add brown sugar and dry mustard to the juice from the large can of pineapple. Bake ham with nothing on it for the first hour.
Pour sugar, mustard, juice mixture over ham and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Baste every 15 minutes.
Place pineapples and cherries on top of the ham during the last 15 – 30 minutes of baking time.

5 lbs. ham will take 1 ½ hours of baking time.
