Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup fine chopped green onions 20 ounces ground veal 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. salt 3/4 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. olive oil
Directions
Stir together mozzarella and green onions in a medium bowl. Combine ground veal, worcestershire, salt and pepper in a large bowl and mix gently. Form veal mixture into 8 patties. Place 1/4 cup mozzarella mixture on the top of 4 patties. Top with remaining patties and press edges to seal. Cover and refrigerate patties 10 minutes. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add burgers and cook until cheese melts, about 5 minutes per side.
Serves 4.
