Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
4 to 4 1/2 pounds chicken legs, thighs and breasts 5 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp. salt 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 2 tsp. dried crumbled rosemary 2 1/2 tbsp. grated lemon peel 1/2 tsp. sugar
Directions
Place chicken in a 13x9 inch baking dish. Mix together garlic and salt and rub into chicken. Stir together lemon juice, oil, rosemary, lemon peel and sugar in a small bowl. Pour over chicken. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 3 hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake chicken until cooked through, about 40 minutes, basting occasionally. Preheat broiler. Broil chicken until browned, about 4 to 5 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
