Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar 2 tsp. Dijon mustard 1 tsp. lemon juice 4 tsp. brown sugar pinch paprika 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions
Coat a large skillet with cooking spray. Heat skillet over medium heat. Add turkey, onion, garlic and broth. Cook 6 to 8 minutes, breaking up clumps, until turkey is no longer pink. While turkey is cooking, stir together the applesauce, ketchup, tomato sauce, Worcestershire, balsamic vinegar, Dijon, lemon juice, brown sugar, paprika, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Add applesauce mixture to the skillet and cook about 10 to 15 minutes until thickened, stirring occasionally. Serve hot on buns.
