Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1/2 cup prepared ranch or creamy coleslaw dressing 4 tsp. fresh lemon juice 1 tbsp. chopped fresh tarragon 6 ounce package fresh spinach leaves 12 ounces cooked smoked turkey, diced 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes 8 slices bacon, cooked crisp, drained and chopped 1 cup parmesan croutons
Directions
Stir together dressing, lemon juice and tarragon. Toss with spinach to coat. Portion onto 4 plates and top with turkey, tomatoes, bacon and croutons.
Serves 4.
