Tuna Salad with Grapes and Creamy Tarragon Dressing

Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
Dressing: 1 cup mayonnaise 1 tbsp. finely grated lemon peel 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice 1 tbsp. tarragon vinegar 1 tsp. crumbled dried tarragon 1/4 tsp. pepper
Salad: 1 pound drained albacore tuna 1/2 cup red seedless grapes, halved 1/2 cup chopped, toasted walnuts 1/2 cup diced celery 1/4 cup diced onion 1 hard boiled egg, peeled and chopped lettuce leaves
Directions
For Dressing: Whisk together mayonnaise, lemon peel, lemon juice, vinegar, tarragon and pepper in a small bowl.
For Salad: Place the tuna in a large bowl and gently break up slightly with a fork. Add grapes, walnuts, celery, onion and chopped egg. Toss to mix. Add dressing and toss to coat. Line plates with lettuce leaves and spoon salad mixture over.
Serves 2 to 4.
