Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 cups peeled, seeded, chopped fresh papaya 2 cups peeled, pitted, chopped fresh mango 5 tbsp. fresh lime juice 1/3 cup water 2 tsp. peeled, minced fresh ginger 1 cup coconut sorbet 1 cup ice cubes
Directions
Process papaya, mango, lime juice, water and ginger in a blender until smooth. Add sorbet and ice cubes and blend until smooth. Divide smoothie mixture between 2 glasses and serve.
Serves 2.
