Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
16 to 20 ounce package refrigerated sugar cookie dough 1 small package instant vanilla pudding mix 1 3/4 cups milk 1 fresh ripe mango, thinly sliced 1 cup diced fresh or canned pineapple 1 kiwi, peeled, halved lengthwise and sliced whipped cream 1/4 cup toasted coconut
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 12 inch pizza pan. Slice cookie dough into 1/4 inch thick slices. Arrange cookie dough slices on the prepared pan and press together to form a crust. Bake crust 12 to 14 minutes until lightly browned. Transfer crust to a rack and cool 10 minutes. Meanwhile, mix together pudding mix and milk in a medium bowl until well blended. Spread pudding over the cooled crust. Arrange mango slices, pineapple and kiwi slices over pudding.
To Serve: Cut pizza into wedges and garnish with dollops of whipped cream. Sprinkle toasted coconut over and serve immediately.
Makes about 12 pieces.
