Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/8 tsp. black pepper 1/8 tsp. white pepper 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper 4 quarts freshly popped popcorn 3 tbsp. melted butter
Directions
Stir together salt, paprika, black pepper, white pepper and cayenne pepper in a small bowl. Place the popcorn in a large bowl. Drizzle the melted butter over the popcorn and toss to coat. Sprinkle 1/3 of the pepper mixture over the popcorn and toss to coat. Add the remaining pepper mixture in 2 additions, tossing well after each addition.
Makes 4 quarts popcorn.
