Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
Triple Melon Salad: 2 pounds watermelon, rind removed, meat cubed 1/2 cantaloupe, rind removed, seeded and cubed 3 cups honeydew melon balls lettuce leaves
Golden Dressing: 1/4 cup lime juice 1/4 cup honey 1/2 tsp. celery seeds 1/4 tsp. dry mustard pinch salt 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Directions
For Salad: Combine watermelon cubes, cantaloupe cubes and honeydew balls in a large bowl. Add dressing and toss to coat. Divide salad between plates lined with lettuce leaves. Serve immediately.
For Dressing: Whisk together lime juice, honey, celery seeds, dry mustard and salt in a small bowl. Gradually add oil in a slow, steady stream, whisking to emulsify.
Serves 6 to 8.
