Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 cup all purpose flour 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp. salt 10 tbsp. butter, softened 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 large egg 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 cup old fashioned oats 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips 1/2 cup white chocolate chips 1/2 cup chopped fresh or frozen cranberries 2 ounces chopped white chocolate
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper Sift together flour, baking soda and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Stir in salt. Beat butter with both sugars in a large bowl until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture and oats until blended. Stir in semisweet, milk and white chocolate chips along with cranberries. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto prepared pans, spacing 2 inches apart. Bake, 1 pan at a time, until edges of coolies are light brown, about 15 to 18 minutes. Cool cookies 5 minutes on pans. Transfer cookies to rack and cool completely. Melt chopped white chocolate in microwave or double boiler. Stir until smooth. Drizzle over cookies and lat stand until set, about 30 to 45 minutes. Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature.
Makes about 2 1/2 dozen cookies.
