Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour 1/4 cup cocoa powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 1/4 cups butter, room temperature 1 cup sugar 1 cup brown sugar 1 large egg 6 ounces chopped white chocolate 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2 large sheet pans. Sift together flour, cocoa powder and baking soda in a medium bowl. Stir in salt. Beat together butter, sugar and brown sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in egg. Beat in flour mixture until just combined. Stir in white chocolate and semisweet chips. Drop dough by 2 tablespoonfuls onto prepared pans, spacing 2 inches apart. Bake about 10 minutes until cookies are set. Cool cookies on pans 5 minutes. Transfer cookies to racks and cool completely.
Makes about 2 1/2 to 3 dozen cookies.
