Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
16 ounce can pumpkin puree 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk 2 large eggs 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ground ginger 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg 1/2 tsp. salt 9 inch unbaked pie shell
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Stir together pumpkin, condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt in a large bowl until well mixed. Pour into the pie shell. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven to 350 degrees. Bake pie an additional 35 to 40 minutes until a knife inserted near edge comes out clean. Cool on a rack.
Makes one 9 inch pie.
