Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast halves 14 ounce can Italian style chopped tomatoes with juices 6 ounce can tomato paste 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 tbsp. minced fresh garlic 1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
Arrange chicken pieces in a crockpot. Stir together chopped tomatoes with juices, tomato paste, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Pour the tomato mixture over the chicken. Cover and cook 1 hour on High. Reduce heat to Low and cook an additional 4 to 5 hours until chicken is tender. Serve chicken with sauce.
Serves 6.
