Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
16 ounce package fresh cranberries, picked through and rinsed 2 cups sugar 1/2 cup cranberry juice 1/2 cup orange juice 1 tbsp. finely grated orange peel 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
Directions
Combine cranberries, sugar, cranberry juice, orange juice, orange peel and cinnamon in a large saucepan. Cook over medium heat about 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until berries pop. Skim any foam off the surface. Remove the pan from the heat and let cranberries cool to room temperature. Transfer relish to a glass container. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serves 8 to 10.
