2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. minced red onion

Steak:
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. dark brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak
1 tbsp. olive oil

Directions
For Relish:
Combine tomatoes, olives, oil and red wine vinegar in a food processor. Pulse until coarsely chopped. Transfer relish to a small bowl and stir in red onion.

For Steak:
Stir together chili powder, brown sugar, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Rub the spice mixture all over the steak. Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
