Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
6 large crappie fillets 1 cup melted butter 1/3 cup fresh lime juice 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 12 medium sized raw shrimp, peeled, deveined and minced
Directions
Preheat broiler. Place the crappie fillets onto a broilerproof pan. Stir together melted butter, 1/4 cup lime juice, shrimp, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Spoon some of the sauce over crappie fillets. Broil 12 minutes, basting frequently with remaining sauce. Microwave remaining lime juice until hot. Drizzle the hot lime juice over warmed plates. Place broiled crappie fillets on prepared plates. Brush fillets with remaining sauce. Serve immediately.
Serves 6.
