Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 pound ground beef 1/2 cup chopped onion 2 1/2 ounces taco seasoning mix 3/4 cup dry baking mix 1 1/4 cups milk 3 large eggs 1 cup shredded cheddar
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 8x8x2 inch square pan. Brown ground beef with onion in skillet. Drain and stir in seasoning mix. Spoon into prepared pan. Beat together baking mix, milk and eggs, 1 minute. Pour over beef and bake 25 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 2 minutes. Garnish with lettuce, tomatoes, olives and sour cream if desired.
Serves 4 to 6.
