Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1/3 cup cider vinegar 1/4 cup apple juice or apple cider 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 tsp. minced garlic 1 tsp, sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 4 cups finely shredded red cabbage 4 cups finely shredded green cabbage 1 large carrot coarse grated 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley 1 tsp. pepper
Directions
Whisk together vinegar, apple juice or cider, vegetable oil, garlic, sugar and salt. Add cabbages, carrot, parsley and pepper. Toss well to coat. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
Makes 6 to 8 portions.
