Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 tbsp. all purpose flour 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1 tsp. smoked paprika 2 pounds chicken wings 2 1/2 tbsp. red hot sauce 2 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted 2 tbsp. jalapeno jelly, melted
Directions
Preheat the oven to 500 degrees. Line a sheet pan with foil. Brush the foil with vegetable oil. Stir together the flour, salt, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika in a large bowl. Add the chicken wings and toss to coat. Arrange the chicken in a single layer on the prepared pan. Brush the wings with vegetable oil. Roast the chicken 20 minutes. Turn the wings over and roast an additional 25 minutes until browned and crispy. Stir together the hot sauce, butter and jalapeno jelly in a large bowl. Add the chicken wings and toss to coat. Serve the wings immediately.
Serves 2 to 4.
