Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1/3 cup honey 1/4 cup white wine vinegar 1/4 cup vegetable broth 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1 clove garlic, minced 1 small green onion, chopped 1 teaspoon grated fresh gingerroot 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper 1 pound fresh small button mushrooms
Directions
Combine honey, vinegar, vegetable broth, vegetable oil, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, green onion, gingerroot, orange peel and red pepper in small saucepan. Cook and stir mixture over low heat until hot. Place mushrooms in heatproof bowl; pour hot marinade over mushrooms. Cover and marinate 3 hours in refrigerator, stirring occasionally. Arrange mushrooms in serving dish; garnish with parsley sprigs and orange wedges; if desired.
