Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 dozen baby carrots 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup brandy 2 tbsp. orange juice 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley leaves
Directions
Combine baby carrots, honey, brandy, orange and lemon juices in a large skillet. Cover and cook about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until carrots are tender. Stir in parsley and serve.
Serves 4 to 6.
