Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2/3 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup sifted all purpose flour 1 cup instant oatmeal 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine 20 ounce can apple pie filling
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly butter an 8x8 inch baking pan. Stir together brown sugar, flour and oatmeal in a medium bowl. Stir in melted butter or margarine until mixture is evenly moistened. Press 2/3 of the oatmeal mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan. Spoon pie filling over. Sprinkle remaining oatmeal mixture evenly over the apples. Bake crisp about 30 to 35 minutes until topping is lightly browned. Serve warm or cold.
Serves 4 to 6.
