Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 cup powdered hot chocolate mix 1 cup all purpose flour 3/4 cup sugar 1 tsp. baking powder 2 large eggs, beaten to blend 6 tbsp. butter, melted 1 tsp. vanilla extract 6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter an 8x8 inch baking pan. Stir together hot chocolate mix, flour, sugar and baking powder in a medium bowl until well blended. Mix in eggs, melted butter and vanilla. Stir in chocolate chips. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan. Bake about 30 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few crumbs. Transfer pan to a rack and cool brownies completely. Cut brownies into squares.
Makes about 16 brownies.
