Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 1/2 tbsp. vegetable oil 2 cups chopped onion 3 pounds ground beef 2 cups ketchup 1 cup mustard 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce mini sandwich buns
Directions
Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until tender, stirring occasionally. Add the beef and brown, stirring frequently and breaking up clumps. Drain the grease from the beef. Stir the ketchup, mustard and Worcestershire into the beef. Reduce the heat to low and simmer the sloppy Joes 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spoon the sloppy Joe mixture onto the mini buns and serve.
Makes about 2 dozen sliders.
