Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese 8 ounces cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup beer 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
Combine Cheddar, cream cheese, beer, garlic and salt in a large bowl and mix until well blended. Cover and refrigerate dip at least 1 hour before serving.
Serves 12 to 16.
