Place the sugar in a small bowl. Moisten the rims of two wine or cocktail glasses with water. Dip moistened rims into sugar to frost edges. Divide the peach puree between the prepared glasses. Stir 1/4 cup white wine and 2 tbsp. peach brandy into each glass and serve. Serves 2.
