Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
3/4 cup sugar 3 tbsp. cornstarch 1 1/2 cups water 4 ounce package dry strawberry jello 1 cup blueberries 1 cup raspberries 1 cup sliced strawberries 1 prepared graham cracker pie crust 1 1/2 cups heavy or whipping cream
Directions
Stir together sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan. Add water and stir until smooth. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in jello until dissolved. Cool to room temperature. Stir in berries. Pour into crust. Refrigerate 3 hours until firm. Before serving, whip cream with sugar to stiff peaks. Spread over top of pie. Store refrigerated.
Serves 8.
