Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 large egg white 1 tbsp. water 1 pound pecan halves 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Lightly grease a large cookie sheet. Whisk together egg white and water in a medium bowl until foamy. Add pecans and stir until well coated. Stir together both sugars, cinnamon and salt in a small bowl. Add to nut mixture and stir until nuts are well coated. Transfer pecans to prepared pan and spread in a single layer. Bake 30 to 45 minutes until pecans are well glazed.
Makes 1 pound.
