Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 medium cucumbers, peeled and halved lengthwise 4 1/2 ounce can deviled ham 1 hard boiled egg, peeled and chopped 1 tbsp. minced onion 1 tbsp. chopped dill pickle 1 tsp. prepared yellow mustard
Directions
Scoop out seeds from cucumber halves with a spoon. Mix together deviled ham, chopped egg, onion, pickle and mustard in a medium bowl. Spoon ham mixture into the cucumber shells. Cover and refrigerate. Just before serving, cut stuffed cucumbers diagonally into 1 inch pieces.
Makes about 2 dozen pieces.
