Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
5 cups fresh rhubarb, chopped finely 3 cups sugar 3 ounce pkg. strawberry jello
Directions
Sprinkle sugar over rhubarb and let stand overnight. Put mixture in pan and boil 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in jello until dissolved. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
