Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 cups strawberry ice cream
1 cup fresh or frozen thawed sliced strawberries
1 cup California rose' wine
1/2 cup milk
strawberries for garnish
Directions
Combine ice cream, strawberries, wine and milk in a blender. Blend on High speed, 20 to 30 seconds, until thick and smooth. Divide between glasses, garnish with strawberries and serve immediately.
Makes about 4 cups.
