Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead) 3 cups strawberry ice cream, divided 1 cup crushed ice 1/2 cup half & half 1/4 cup brandy 1/4 cup creme de strawberry liqueur 1/2 cup chopped fresh strawberries 2 whole strawberries, sliced 2 mint sprigs Directions Chill 2 wide-mouthed stemmed glasses. Combine 2 cups strawberry ice cream, crushed ice, half & half, brandy, strawberry liqueur and 1/2 cup chopped strawberries in a blender. Process mixture until almost smooth. Divide cocktail mixture between the 2 chilled glasses. Form remaining 1 cup ice cream into 2 scoops. Float 1 scoop ice cream on top of each cocktail.
