Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt 1 small ripe banana, peeled and chopped 1 cup stemmed, chopped fresh strawberries 1/2 cup milk 1 tbsp. wheat germ 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 cup crushed ice 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Directions
Combine yogurt, banana, strawberries, milk, wheat germ, vanilla and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth. Divide smoothie mixture between 2 glasses. Sprinkle cinnamon over the top and serve.
Serves 2.
