Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1/4 cup light soy sauce 1/4 cup sake or dry sherry 4 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tsp. ground ginger 1/4 tsp. salt 4 steaks, about 8 ounces each
Directions
In a bowl stir together soy sauce, sake or sherry, sugar, ginger and salt. Score meat across surface and place in marinade. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours, turning several times. Prepare grill. Remove meat from marinade and grill to desired doneness.
Serves 4.
