Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
4 cups torn romaine lettuce leaves 2 plum tomatoes, sliced 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms 1/4 cup chopped walnuts 1/4 cup red wine vinegar 2 tbsp. honey 1/4 tsp. dry mustard 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions
Toss together the romaine, tomatoes, mushrooms and walnuts in a large bowl. Whisk together red wine vinegar, honey and mustard in a small bowl. Gradually whisk in oil. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat. Serve salad immediately.
Serves 4.
