Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1/3 cup heavy or whipping cream 12 ounces chopped white chocolate 3/4 cup honey 1/3 cup Scotch 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract fresh fruit such as strawberries, orange sections, cherries, etc. cubes of brioche, sponge cake, etc.
Directions
Combine cream, honey, white chocolate and Scotch in a medium saucepan. Cook over very low heat, stirring frequently, until chocolate is melted. Stir in vanilla. Transfer fondue to a medium bowl and serve with fruit , brioche, etc. for dipping.
Serves 4 to 6
